We stand behind every panel we sell.

Our 1-year guarantee

Vivid Co panels are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery. If a defect in materials or workmanship shows up under normal indoor use, we'll replace the affected panels free of charge.

What's covered

• Defects in the material or moulding

• Finish flaws present at the time of delivery

What's not covered

• Normal wear, or changes from exposure to direct sunlight over time

• Damage from improper installation, cutting, painting, or cleaning

• Damage from misuse, accidents, or use in conditions the product isn't designed for

• Panels installed in unsuitable outdoor or high-moisture settings beyond what's described in our [FAQ]

How to make a claim

Email vividcoinc@proton.me with your order number and a few photos of the issue. Once we confirm the defect, we'll arrange a free replacement, no return required.

This guarantee gives you specific rights, and you may have additional rights under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 that this guarantee doesn't affect.
