By using vividco.net and placing an order, you agree to these terms. They're here to keep things fair for both of us.

Who we are

This site is operated by Vivid Co Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Vivid Co Inc.; "you" refers to anyone using the site.

Products, pricing, and availability

• All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.

• We do our best to display products and colours accurately, but screens vary actual finish and tone may differ slightly from what you see.

• If a product is mispriced due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it's placed.

• Availability isn't guaranteed; we may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm it by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if we suspect fraud or a pricing error and we'll refund you promptly if we do.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Vivid Co Inc. owns or licenses all material on vividco.net — our designs, product names, photography, written content, brand assets. All rights are reserved. You may view this content for your own personal use, but you may not copy, republish, reproduce, sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute any of it without our written permission. No use of our logo or artwork is permitted without a separate written agreement.

Acceptable use

Use our site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or use it to harm others. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the site.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our panels are decorative products. We're not liable for damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or alterations made after delivery. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms will limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded under applicable law. Nothing here limits the rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Ontario.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
