Returns and Refunds

We make our panels to be lived with, not regretted. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we put it right no fine print, no runaround.

The 30-day window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, tiles must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Once a panel has been mounted, painted, or cut, we can't accept it back.

Changed your mind?

That's allowed. Email us at vividcoinc@proton.me within 30 days with your order number, and we'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

A few things to know:

  • You're responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We don't charge a restocking fee what you paid for the tiles comes back to you in full but the cost of returning them is yours to cover.

  • We recommend an insured, trackable shipping method. Until a return reaches us, it remains your responsibility, and we can't issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is issued to your original payment method — no fees — typically within 5–7 business days.

Arrived damaged or defective?

This one's on us, and we make it easy. If your panels arrive damaged in transit, or you spot a manufacturing defect:

  1. Email vividcoinc@proton.me within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include a few clear photos of the issue and the packaging.

Once we confirm it, we ship a free replacement no return shipping, no cost to you. You don't need to send the damaged tile back, just keep it or recycle it.

What we can't return
  • Panels that have been installed, painted, cut, or otherwise altered

  • Returns requested after the 30-day window

  • Damage caused by improper installation or handling after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse a return that doesn't meet these conditions.

Questions before you buy?

Our [FAQ] covers installation, paintability, and how to calculate the right quantity for your wall. When you know what you're getting, returns rarely happen and that's the goal.
