Every Canadian order ships free. No minimum, no threshold, no surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Worldwide shipping

We ship internationally too. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Please note: any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid separately to your local customs authority they aren't included in your order total or shipping fee.

When your order ships

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your panels are on their way.

Delivery times

• Canada: most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your province and distance from our Ontario shipping origin. Remote and northern addresses may take longer.

• International: typically 3–4 weeks, depending on destination and local customs processing.

A note on tracking

Once your order leaves us, delivery is in the carrier's hands. We'll always help you chase down a delayed package, but we can't control carrier timelines or customs delays. If a package arrives damaged, see our [Returns & Refunds] page.
